【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricsaunaheatingapplianceshavingaratedpowerinputnotexceeding20kW,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Theappliancescoveredbythisstandardareintendedforuseinthehomeandinpublicsaunaslocatedinblocksofflats,hotelsandsimilarlocations.NOTE101Saunaheatingappliancesmaybeofthethermalstoragetype.Thisstandardalsodealswiththesafetyofelectricsaunaheatingappliancesprovidedwithahumidifierunit.Theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Theroomairishumidifiedbyevaporatingoratomisingwater.NOTE102Ahumidifiermaybepartofasaunaheatingapplianceormaybeincorporatedinthesaunaheater.Thesaunaheatingapplianceorsaunaheatermaybeoperatedwithorwithoutthehumidifier.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
