Scope:This practice provides a method of evaluating microhardness and microstructure very close to the surface of a disk specimen. 【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforintegratedmanufacturingsystems(IMS)thatincorporatetwoormoreinterconnectedmachinesforspecificapplications,suchascomponentmanufacturingorassembly.Itgivesrequirementsandrecommendationsforthesafedesign,safeguardingandinformationfortheuseofsuchIMSs(seeFigure1forthebasicconfigurationofanIMS).NOTE1InthecontextofthisInternationalStandard,thetermsystemreferstoanintegratedmanufacturingsystem.NOTE2InthecontextofthisInternationalStandard,thetermmachinereferstothecomponentmachinesandassociatedequipmentoftheintegratedmanufacturingsystem.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtocoversafetyaspectsofindividualmachinesandequipmentthatmaybecoveredbystandardsspecifictothosemachinesandequipment.Thereforeitdealsonlywiththosesafetyaspectsthatareimportantforthesafety-relevantinterconnectionofthemachinesandcomponents.Wheremachinesandequipmentofanintegratedmanufacturingsystemareoperatedseparatelyorindividually,andwhiletheprotectiveeffectsofthesafeguardsprovidedforproductionmodearemutedorsuspended,therelevantsafetystandardsforthesemachinesandequipmentapply.
