【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedwhenaquantitativemeasurementofthealkalidurabilityofaceramic-glassenamelisneeded.Thetestisapplicabletoglasscoatedwithfiredenamelswhereexposuretostrongalkalis,oralkalisatelevatedtemperaturesmightbeencounteredinservice.Thistestmethodisintendedtobeanaccelerated,destructivetest.Resultscanbeusedasanindicatoroftherelativedurabilityofaparticularenamel.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheresistanceofafiredceramic-glassenameltoa10%alkalisolutionheldnearitsboilingpointfor2h.1.2Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletolargetemperedglasssheetsorspecimenslargerthan9by9cm.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection9.
